Skin juice
Skin juice
The way we eat and drink can have a significant impact on the appearance of our skin. Skin will look younger if it is nourished with fruits and vegetables.
Stop trying to lose weight and eat to feel good. It would be best if you also had other nutrients and minerals to make your skin glow.
Vitamin C Super Juice
This one I call Vitamin C Super Juice. It contains broccoli, orange, and apple, which all are excellent sources of this powerful anti-aging vitamin. Vitamin C is vital for collagen production. It also protects the skin from the sun by increasing the effectiveness of sunscreen.
Broccoli may seem strange, but it is delicious! The crown should include the stalks, stems and any leaves. The stalk is extremely juicy.
If possible, use organic broccoli. Also, ensure that the broccoli isn’t yellowing or dried out. Broccoli is rich in vitamins C and K folate and small amounts of selenium. Scientists believe broccoli may prevent skin cancer and protect skin from sun damage.
Oranges: are another sweet addition to this juice. They also contain B vitamins, copper and potassium, which are all important for healthy skin. Copper helps to create collagen and elastin, which help support the skin’s structure below the surface.
Fresh, raw, organic apple: juice contains many nutrients, including vitamins C, K, and potassium. Quercetin, a powerful anti-inflammatory, has been proven to improve blood vessels, lower blood pressure and prevent cancer.
Vitamin A Plus Juice
Vitamin A Plus Juice contains high levels of vitamin A from orange fruits and vegetables. These carotenoids are orange-coloured antioxidant compounds that our bodies convert into beta-carotene. Vitamin A is an important antioxidant for beautiful skin. It helps to reduce wrinkles, acne and other problems.
You can add some fresh lemon juice to sweeten the juice. This will give it more vitamin C and antioxidants. The mango and cantaloupe are both soft fruits and won’t work well in my juicer. I often juice the oranges first and then add the fresh juice, cantaloupe, and mango to the blender. It retains more fibre and has a thicker texture that is smoothie-like. This refreshing juice is great for hot summer days.
Hydrating Cleanser Juice
This refreshing, tangy juice is a favourite of mine. This is a cleansing juice that’s hard to resist, but also hydrates and has skin-friendly vitamins. It contains high levels of vitamin K, which is typically found in green leafy veggies. This helps to prevent blood coagulation and heal wounds.
Kale: is one of the anti-cancer brassica vegetables. It’s high in vitamins A and C, K and has lower amounts of B6, E1, B3, and E. All of these nutrients are great for the skin and beneficial for the body.
Parsley: has moderate amounts of vitamin C, A, folate and iron. It is also one of the most potent sources of vitamin K. It is known for its many beneficial effects on the body.
Lemon: has a high level of vitamin C . This helps to neutralize free radicals which cause damage to cells. It is also a key player in the support of the immune system.
Cucumbers: not only provide a wealth of vitamins (A-B-C and K) and minerals (magnesium and potassium), but also contain phytochemicals that are known to protect against cancer. Cucumbers are 95% water and very hydrating. They are known for their anti-inflammatory properties, which is good for your body both inside and outside.
