Blackheads Can Be Removed Naturally From Your Face and Nose
What are blackheads and whiteheads?
Blackheads appear as small, black projections on the skin. They are most commonly found on the face and nose. These black projections block the sebaceous skin glands. The sebaceous gland produces excessive sebum,’ an oily substance. This mixture of bacteria and dead skin causes the plugs to harden. Sebum is exposed to oxygen in the air and oxidizes and turns black.
They are known as whiteheads when they appear below the opening of the pores.
What are some of the common causes of blackheads?
Several factors cause blackheads.
- Stress
- Hormonal changes
- Inheritance
- Unclean skin
- Cosmetics
- Smoking
- Alcohol
- Caffeine
