Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter form part of the terms and conditions of entry. By entering The Escape Competition you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
To enter, participants must visit http://www.thegrandsocial.com.au/the-escape-comp/fashionising and complete the online entry form located at http://www.thegrandsocial.com.au/the-escape-comp/fashionising Participants are required to answer the following question posed in 25 words or less: “Whose collection do you look forward to seeing next week?”
Participants will also be required to provide their full details, including but not limited to their own name, address, postcode, email address, and daytime telephone number. Incomplete, misdirected or illegible entries will be ineligible. Only one entry per person is permitted. All entries become the property of The Grand Social and cannot be returned.
Entry is open to anyone in the world. All employees and the immediate families of The Grand Social are ineligible to enter. This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable nor redeemable for cash or other goods or services. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
The competition commences on April 20th, 2009 at 09.00 AEST and concludes on April 24th, 2009 at 17.00 AEST.
All entries will be judged by The Grand Social (The Promoter) based on creativity and relevance to the question posed. On December 16th one major winner will be selected by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. The winners will be notified by mail, email or phone.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
All winning entries become the property of the Promoter and the Promoter may use the entrants' names, addresses, telephone numbers, photographs, and written entries for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the winning entrant.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
