If you live in Sydney make sure you head down to the Oxford Art Factory on Friday night for the Heaps Decent Spring Party. It's a massive lineup (below) and all the proceeds go to the great cause that is Heaps Decent, an initiative that nurtures the musical creativity of underpriveleged indigenous young people - started by Diplo, Levins, and Nina Las Vegas a few years ago.
Tickets are only 20 bucks, and you go in the running to win some awesome prizes from the likes of Fuzzy, Mad Decent, PAM, and Incu. Also, Das Monk artist and all round good guy Evan Meister has designed some limited Edition tees for the party, which at 30 bucks will not last long.

Despite being absolutely obsessed with basketball and the NBA, I try to keep my addiction separate from this blog, otherwise you'd be getting hourly updates of Kevin Durant's meal and bowel movements. Matt Mondanile aka Ducktails can't really do much wrong in pleasing me. Not only is he in one of my favourite bands (Real Estate) on my favourite label (Woodsist), but now he's gone and written a song about the alter ego of my favourite character from my favourite show. Transworld Skateboarding have once again put together an amazing bunch of entries for this year's Skate & Create. Teams from Adidas (above), Etnies, Fallen, and Lakai have been given the blank canvas of an empty warehouse with some obstacles, and over 9 days they have produced a video and photo which are judged on the level of skating, creativity, the use of obstacles, and overall image and video quality.
I love Adidas' photo above but am pretty smitten by Etnies' video where they've immaculately recreated an early 90's skate vid.

This Friday, Saturday, and Sunday we'll be featured at Young Blood, a young designer market curated by The Powerhouse Museum. It features fashion, furniture, jewellery, graphics, industrial design and more from all the best young designers from Sydney and all around Australia. We're actually debuting our new collection, as well as our first foray into art prints and bags. So come along and get it while it's fresh off the press.
It's open from 10am-9pm on Friday and 10am-5pm on Saturday and Sunday, at The Powerhouse Museum. Entry is 5 bucks.
Parkour + Portable Ladders = Pomparkour. This shit makes my feet sweat just looking at it.
I can't help but laugh and think of this scene from The Office whenever I see parkour now though.
